Hi! I'm Chelsie. I have earned my Level 2 Yoga Instructor certification from FiTOUR and have been teaching for about two years now. I offer two different styles of classes: a directed flow (a combination of vinyasa and yin) and a mechanics course, where we go over a few yoga poses and work together to optimize the poses for your body and comfort.
Personally, I got into teaching yoga because I want to help people. I found and began practicing yoga at a critical point in my life, and it has helped me in so many ways—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I want to take what I have learned and pay it forward by spreading the positive change I experienced into the world.
I'm Duncan. I have been a personal trainer for over six years, and I maintain an active certification through the American Council on Exercise. Before that, I had a background in adult education. My primary certification includes sub-specialties in Weight Management and Older Adult Fitness. I am also a certified Brain Health Coach and hold certifications in the Warrior Rhythm and UrbanKick fitness modalities.
